The staff at Griffith Retirement Estate are dedicated to making our community a harmonious, relaxed and enjoyable place to live. To reduce the work our residents do in retirement our staff includes gardeners, maintenance personnel, chefs and housekeeping staff. Meet Estate Manager Lyn Mason

Lyn is a true Griffith local having lived in the community her entire life raising a four children and running successful small businesses.  She has a very good understanding of Griffith’s community and culture cultural diversity.  Lyn is of Italian descent and is fluent in Italian.

She started working at Griffith Retirement Estate as an administration assistant in Sept 2009 and was promoted to Estate Manager in April 2011.

Lyn is passionate about life long learning and has a range of qualifications include a Certificate 3 in Aged Care and a Diploma of Management.  She is currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Business at Charles Sturt University.

In 2012 Lyn’s high level of customer service and dedication was recognised by the Griffith Chamber of Commerce as the recipient of their “Recognition of Customer Service by an individual” business award, after nomination by the residents in 2012.

Lyn has also been actively involved in numerous sports achieving national level in touch refereeing and continues to play  State Vets Hockey.
