Meet Estate Manager Lyn Mason
Lyn is a true Griffith local having lived in the community her entire life raising a four children and running successful small businesses. She has a very good understanding of Griffith’s community and culture cultural diversity. Lyn is of Italian descent and is fluent in Italian.
She started working at Griffith Retirement Estate as an administration assistant in Sept 2009 and was promoted to Estate Manager in April 2011.
Lyn is passionate about life long learning and has a range of qualifications include a Certificate 3 in Aged Care and a Diploma of Management. She is currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Business at Charles Sturt University.
In 2012 Lyn’s high level of customer service and dedication was recognised by the Griffith Chamber of Commerce as the recipient of their “Recognition of Customer Service by an individual” business award, after nomination by the residents in 2012.
Lyn has also been actively involved in numerous sports achieving national level in touch refereeing and continues to play State Vets Hockey.

Meet our Sales Manager Lesley Miller
I have lived in Griffith for a period of 40 years, and I am very proud of our city and its residents.
Over the years I have been involved in local charities including Children’s Medical Foundation and the Soroptimist Club. While my children attended school, I was also actively involved in several committees and enjoyed an active sporting life.
I am the proud mother of a son and daughter and a lovely granddaughter and soon I will have 3 grandchildren.
I have owned and operated three successful retail businesses in Griffith and have gained valuable knowledge and experience in customer service. I have developed a great passion in providing clients with a communicative and satisfactory experience.
I enjoy engaging with people and assisting them in the transition to retirement living, ensuring the journey is as easy as possible.
