The Community Centre at the Griffith Retirement Estate Retirement Estate has provision for 30 beautifully appointed Assisted Living Apartments offering a hotel like experience for residents. The Apartments offer the benefits of assisted living with the freedom to live independently.
Each apartment opens into the lovely internal avenue in the Community Centre with easy access to the social hub of the estate and its extensive facilities such as the dining room, hairdresser, bar, library and gym.
Apartments are spacious and light, with large bedrooms and an ensuite bathroom with walkthrough wardrobes. The large separate lounge room has an atrium providing lots of natural light. It is an ideal place to relax and entertain friends and family. Single and two bedroom apartments are available.
Residents never have to worry about doing cooking, cleaning or laundry as all of these services are provided by our friendly on-site staff.
Service to help with life
2 meals a day are prepared by the Griffith Retirement Estate chef, and are served in the dining room providing great social and community interaction. Breakfast is also provided each day. Cleaning and Linen services are also included leaving residents to focus on enjoying themselves and engaging in the many activities on offer.
24 hour a day emergency call monitoring is provided, so there is always someone available to assist if an emergency arises. The Griffith Retirement Estate Assisted Living Apartments provide that extra care so you can get on with living life and enjoying yourself.

The Assisted Living
The Assisted Living Apartments are spacious and modern, designed with ageing in place in mind. Each apartment has its own kitchenette, living/dining area and double bedroom with ensuite as well as a private patio area.
Apartments are ready for residents to furnish to their own taste.
