An update on COVID-19

Given the unfolding situation regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19) within Australia and across the world, we remain focused on the safety and well-being of the residents, our team and the community. As such, we have temporarily closed the gates to the Estate as of Tuesday 24 March. This decision is a precautionary measure and is aligned with Government recommendations.

Our sales and administration office is still open by appointment for all enquiries and information. We are still here and ready to help.

Meetings and Appointments

When attending the Estate for an appointment please take note of the need for heightened hygiene protocols. Everyone’s health is our primary concern. Please take note of the following –

  • If we display flu-like symptoms, we will postpone our appointment with you or make alternative arrangements. In the interest of everyone’s health and well-being, we request that you do the same. Please inform us if you are ill in any way.
  • We will avoid handshaking and physical contact.
  • We will respect and maintain the 1.5 metre social distancing guideline.
  • Please bring your own pen to all appointments.
  • We are able to assist you by providing alternatives to person-to-person meetings, such as phone or conference calling. Please advise if this is your preference.
  • For property inspections we can provide alternatives such as video calling or Facetime live streaming.

Construction Update
To date we have not experiences any operational problems or construction delays on the new homes we are building.
